Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed and paid for in full through our website prior to pickup.
- We accept credit card payments only.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and you receive an email confirmation.
Order Pickup
- Pickup is available during our posted business hours at our Hagåtña shop location.
- Customers must present a valid photo ID and the order confirmation email when picking up their items.
Alcohol Sales
- Wine and other alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and picked up by customers 21 years of age or older.
- A valid government-issued ID will be required at pickup.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on wine, gourmet items, or perishable goods.
Liability
- Provisions Wine & Cheese is not responsible for damages to goods once they have been picked up by the customer.
- We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
